bebem is a private notebook for your child's days — feeds, sleep, nappies, medicines, growth — written in your own words, in eight languages. Your records stay on your device and in your family's own iCloud.

Getting help

Write to [email protected] and a human will read it. Telling us your phone model, your iOS version, and what you expected to happen makes a fix much faster.

You can also reach the same mailbox from inside the app: Settings → Send feedback.

Your data

What bebem does and does not handle is set out in full in the privacy policy. The short version: your records never reach us, and we could not read them if we tried.

Cancelling a subscription

Subscriptions are billed by Apple, and you cancel them the same way you cancel any other: Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Your records stay yours either way — everything you recorded remains on your device, and you can export it at any time, with or without a plan.
